LWS Using Grade-A cells, and multiple cycle safety testing to ensure
the full capacity at the same time can also ensure the safety and
reliability of the product, the Grade-A cells can ensure that the
battery pack cycle more than 600-800 times can also
maintain more than 80% of the power storage capacity.

LWS bms adopts high-performance protection IC and MOS,
which can effectively protect the battery and ensure the safety
of the battery (the parameters of the LWS bms can be customized
according to customer requirements).

6.Battery test equipment  

 6.1 Dimension Measuring Instrument 

The dimension measurement shall be implemented by instruments with equal or more precision scale of 0.1mm.

6.2 Voltmeter 

Standard class specified in the national standard or more sensitive class having inner impedance not less than 10 KΩ/V.

6.3 Ammeter 

Standard class specified in the national standard or more sensitive class. Total external resistance including ammeter and wire is less than 0.01Ω.

6.4 Impedance Meter 

Impedance shall be measured by a sinusoidal alternating current method (AC 1kHz LCR meter).

7.Standard Test Condition 

Test should be conducted with new batteries within one month after shipment from our factory and the cells shall not be cycled more than five times before the test. Unless otherwise defined, test and measurement shall be done under temperature of 23±2ºC and relative humidity of less 75%.,air 86Kpa~106Kpa.
Unless otherwise defined, 30min,rest period after charge,30min,rest period after discharge.Any matters that this specification does not cover should be conferred between the customer and LWS

Preface  
This document of 'Handling Precautions and Guideline Li-ion Rechargeable Batteries' shall be applied to the battery cells manufactured by LWS
Note (1) : 
The customer is requested to contact LWS in advance, if and when the customer needs other applications or operating conditions than those described in this document. Additional experimentation may be required to verify performance and safety under such conditions.
Note (2) :
LWS will take no responsibility for any accident when the cell is used under other conditions than those described in this Document.
Note (3):
LWS will inform, in a written form, the customer of improvement(s) regarding proper use and handling of the cell, if it is deemed necessary.

Can I use any charger to charge a rechargeable lithium battery?
Not all lithium batteries are the same! Never use a charger that was not designed for the battery in question. Every charger is specially tailored for use with a specific type of lithium chemistry.

Do all rechargeable lithium batteries require circuit protection?
Yes. For safety reasons, all rechargeable lithium cells must include a protection circuit that prevents over-charging, over-discharging, and over-current (short circuit).
Over temperature protection is also a common feature.

How many times can a battery pack be recharged?
It will depend on the operating parameters, such as drain rate, battery care, and cells quality you required etc.
